what i checked is are all cables fully in 

the ram

tthe cable to monitor

hard to tell from the picture, but it does look like your monitor might be plugged into the motherboard, not the graphics card

ah sorry i was trying if the motherboard would make signal but i tried both

amazon wouldn't do that themselves, only the manufacturer. which motherboard is it?

amazon doesnt do any of that. amd would have to.

i believe the motherboard box should tell you which bios version it shipped with though

realised it to know it has a sticker for 3000 so it must be something else

Often times, the box artwork will say "Ryzen 3000 Compatible" but still have an old BIOS, and need to be updated. One of my previous motherboards did that to me.

 

Depending on your board, you might be able to flash new BIOS with a USB key.

 

Though, none of that matters if you can't get into BIOS because no video signal. Is the board turning on, otherwise? LEDs flashing and all that jazz?
