Hello. If I'm using an external monitor, and my laptop is closed, can its heat compromise the laptop screen's integrity?

As long as its not thermal throttling, nope.

If the laptop "breathe" from the keyboard yes it will damage it slowly.

I think there are only a few that have this issue. It's very likely that you'll be fine.

My fans are below the device, it's the Razer Blade Stealth. I should be fine even when it's heating up then you say?
