Keyboard trays?

I've come to love having a keyboard tray because I believe it's more ergonomic, at least compared to using most standard height desk top heights. Thing is the desk I want to get doesn't have a keyboard tray. What do I do? Get a taller chair so my feet dangle off the floor and put my monitor ontop of something? Or is there modular add-on keyboard trays out there that are any good?

The monitor height isn't the problem. Most modern desks are so high (~29'') that I don't need a monitor stand. The problem is my arms have to reach up just to use a keyboard and mouse which causes nerve pain in my hands.

There are also ones that clamp onto the desk from the front, so you don't have to drill anything
