I have similar RAM holders printed.

Desktop RAM Stand: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1773329

Laptop RAM Stand: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1775053

I assume that the shelves are from Ikea but I could be wrong, I'm just bad at searching the site apparently.

Honestly, that was my immediate thought as well. Especially since they get pretty much everything else from there.

The shelves remind me of something you'd find in a medical lab with samples and equipment on them. You might have luck searching for old hospital shelves.

It's 3D printed or you can just order over 1,000 sticks and get them ram trays for free.

When you order a lot, they comes in ram trays like that, no fancy packaging. just OEM.

Haha, I don't order in bulk though I just want something to store the RAM I take out of the machines I break down.

Those looks like the pull-out shelf I have in my kitchen for the pots and pans. I found something similar looking at IKEA's site: KOMPLEMENT pull-out tray shelf. Googling "pull out tray shelf" (without quotes) finds similar options.

Wife's build: Amethyst - Ryzen 9 3900X, 32GB G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200, ASUS Prime X570-P, EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 12GB, Corsair Obsidian 750D, Corsair RM1000 (yellow label)

My build: Mira - Ryzen 7 3700X, 32GB EVGA DDR4-3200, ASUS Prime X470-PRO, EVGA RTX 3070 XC3, beQuiet Dark Base 900, EVGA 1000 G6

Yea it looks like its the PAX KOMPLEMENT set, I didn't realize they had different sizes, but the 39 3/8x22 7/8 " is probably whats in the picture.
