Can I get a virus if I clicked on a Screamer Link?

I accidently clicked on a screamer link, I dont really see anything downloaded when I look at folders, Is it still possible that I could get a virus?

Yea, but I only ran Windows Defender Full Search, and it said that there was nothing

use malwarebytes, I wouldn't rely on windows defender

I have already used my 14 days, + it was over the steam web, while I was in a game, 

+ it was a prntscr link if it helps

I opened shift-tab and then I clicked it on someones profile.
