XMP enabled but ram still running at 2133Mhz

I just put together my new pc and i cant get my 3200Mhz ram to achieve the speeds advertised in dual channel with XMP enabled. They run at 3200Mhz in single channel but when i put them in dual channel they go back to stock DDR4 speeds of 2133Mhz. I have tried a manual overclock, but i dont know enough about timings and adjusting voltage to do anything confidently. Any help would be appreciated.

 

SPECS:

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x @stock

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RBG 16G (2x8) DDR4 3200 CL16 

MOBO: Gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite

GPU: Radeon 5700XT

PSU: EVGA G3 650W

STORAGE: Samsung 970 Pro 512G M.2 SSD, Seagate Barracura Pro 3TB HDD @7200RPM

try setting it manually to 1.35v then..they were tested on with that voltage to reach 3200mhz cl16 anyway..=x..and i'm pretty sure 3700x and x570 aorus elite can do the speed...

and you can also check if there's newer bios that updated the ram compatibility...

reenable XMP then, if it doesn't apply clear CMOS and do that again. If it still doesn't work, manually raise frequency to 3200
