I must be looking at this wrong then, under my model name it says,

C-Series AXi / HXi / RM (Yellow Label) Corsair®

HX1200i

Yellow label?? The label on mine isnt yellow... Where on cablemod does it say type 3???

So if they arent type 3 and I dont have a yellow label, then cablemod isnt compatible. Thats what I was asking. thanks

There are two versions of the RM. One with a yellow label on the side, and another with a gray label on the side. The yellow label part doesn't have anything to do with your HXi.

Could someone please tell me which cablemod kit I need for this power supply, if its compatible at all. Im assuming its "black label" kit. But I only see RM psu's under the black label kits. Thanks!

OHHH crap i get it now, jeeezz im a idiot. I was grouping all the psu's into the "yellow" or "black" label, so the RM is the one with different labels, as you said. OK, i got it. Sorry, i appreciate your help! Im embarrassed now, ffs. So the top ones are type 3 and the bottom type 4. LOL Mercy
