Icons changing places after I unplug monitor

Hello guys. 

So I am using laptop with one extra monitor. When I reconnect my monitor to laptop one of my icons goes on the monitor and one moves up by one place on laptop display. I set all my icons on laptop display so why is this one icon jumping to other monitor. At first more icons were doing this but they stopped after few times that I reconnected monitor.
