windows laggy

hey, so earlyer this morning i had a problem with my pc booting in to windows. In startup the circle was laggy, and it would not boot up. I fixed it by restoring my system couple days back. Now the same problem came and for some reason there were no restoring points so i couldnt restore. So i decided to factory reset my pc. Bad idea. The circle is again very laggy, and it has 1% done in 4 hours, Help please!

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Do a fresh install from a bootable USB

 

However, it sounds like maybe your hard drive is close to deaths door (if you're using a HDD)

im using 5 years old ssd from samsung. 2.5inch, it worked in my previous computer, but in this new one (i used my old ssd) it wont work. It worked only for couple days

You need to clean install windows when moving a drive to a different computer.

Restoring and factory resetting just makes things worse.
