I'm moving into a newly build house in E3 London, and i didn't want to run an ethernet cable from the router on ground floor to my pc on the first floor. Does anyone know if all new houses support power line adapters? I'm not too sure, I'm noob with networking.

It comes down to the quality of wiring in the walls. So for many its hit or miss. If the wiring is new and done to code, then you should not have issues.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

If you cannot run Ethernet (which I strongly recommend), and have no other way...then yes powerline.  To use powerline, you will need fully up to date wiring and not just up to date..but done right.  In the networking world, here is the order of preference for connectivity:

1.  Ethernet

2.  Powerline

3.  WiFi

...#2 and #3 may switch around a bit depending on circumstances.  Ethernet is always #1.

She is such a good blog writer that my company brought her into the fold as a regular compensated blog writer.  Which, we are always on the hunt for incidentally.

Moca adpaters would be between Ethernet and Powerline. Though You have to have Coax preinstalled, they are generally much better, faster and more reliable than Power line adatpers.
