16gb Of Ram

MSI Krait Gaming Mother Board

1920x1080p Monitor 

 

I'm Playing Tom Clancy Ghost Recon Break Point maxed out at 60 fps but at more demanding parts it drops down to 30fps. What would be a good thing to upgrade 1st so it holds 60+ fps or just upgrade to a RTX 2080.

You have some other problem, you don't need to upgrade anything. How fast is your ram?

fps is capped to your monitor?? game installed on ssd?

I have v-sync on my monitors refresh rate is 60hz. installed on hdd
