Best large smartphone (6in or larger) for around 200 USD?

I just want help picking a next phone and I can only spend 200 dollars. However my mother said that instead of getting a 200 phone I could get her old iPhone 7. I have large hands and prefer android but if no phones around 200 dollars are better I'll take the iPhone. what should I do?

Just search for the various Snapdragon 835 or 845 phones

The Samsung S8 should be pretty cheap by now. Or the essential phone 1 maybe.

preferably use an ebay seller who offers different conditions, good or above will generally be perfect.
