Yes, you will need a few. I would go with 3 Pin fan to 7V molex unless you want your PC to sound like a Boeing 747. You realize that you have 18 fans there right?

I recommend getting two Noiseblocker E-loops for your rad in a push configuration. I would then go with the fans that are included in your build and you will be fine, there is no need for that many fans. Also, don't cheap out on audio and peripherals, buy a good keyboard with switches of your choice and a good pair of headphones with a desktop or clip on mic.

I would just buy a fan controller and a few splitters, with that many fans I would strongly consider quiet edition fans

ok i will get the quiet edition fans for the case instead of the high performance one

I don't want you to waste your money on things you don't need. What will you be using the PC for just gaming? Video editing? Commercial video editing? Heavy 3D rendering?

cooling and airflow is the purpose of the fans

You're talking about 18 static pressure optimized fans here mate, your computer is going to sound like a jet taking off and you will gain absolutely nothing from it, zero. Get two or three for front intake, one for rear exhaust and throw the rad in the top with 2 fans running exhaust, extra fans beyond this is not going to make the system run any cooler, they're only going to make it a lot more noisy.

He is planning to use a H105.

well then the other 14fans won't be of very use he could probably get an asus pb278q with both of his monitors minusing the sum of the quantity of fans he has

a h105 can only natively mount 4 fans at most without buying specific things to add more fans

erm. i have to seriously disagree with you logic as someone who yet doesn't have a pc yet (as in me) i think it is absurd for 18 fans to cool a system effectively

There's a limit to how much airflow will actually benefit your system and it really isn't very high, the rest will just be unnecessary wind noise (and wasted money). Please for your own sake take the advice we're all trying to give you.
