PC Loud

so my pc is loud its not the fans in my pc its not my gpu and i already changed the sped of the pump in my aio and i tried without my hdd plugged in but its still loud and it shouldnt be my psu because that thing is brand new and it was loud with my old psu does anybody have a idea what could be the reason for the noise?

Don't have a clue - you kind of ruled out all parts being loud, didn't provide even a description of the sound, 'loudness' is subjective, have not tried checking if the PSU is the loud part..

So no, I don't know what is causing the sound in your PC. 

 

So.. Perhaps give us a list of specs, a description of the sound and check the fan RPM's in HWMonitor or similar.
