[Solved] Newly Built Computer Gets Stuck on Circle Ring When I Try to Boot off of USB

I just built a computer. I created a bootable USB (14GB, and I formatted it to NTFS beforehand) with the media creation tool. I plugged it in to the back of the new computer and powered it up, but the circles get stuck after a few spins.

 

I tried:

-Keeping the USB to FAT32 before using the media creation tool.

-Taking off all other usb devices.

-Directly booting to the usb through the BIOS

-Changing the RAM positions.

-Downloading ISO from media creation tool, and using rufus to create the bootable usb.

 

none of them worked.

[Solution]

I just had to update my motherboard's BIOS.
