Audio problem Windows 10

I built a computer and everything was fine until i installed my graphics card and my audio stopped working. I have received help from tech support from all the companies that made my parts but none of the things they told me to do helped. Another problem I've received is that when i try to reset my computer it gives me the error "There was a problem resetting your pc. No changes were made." I'm not sure if these problems are related but it makes me think that my motherboard might be screwed up.  If anyone has any ideas that could help me with this problem that would be awesome.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2200G

Have you installed the GPU drivers? As for not being able to reset the PC, try with the cmd command to check system file integrity
 

sfc /scannow

windows has a flawed windows update....KB4515384. try uninstalling it if you have it and see if that fixes it.
