Corsair H100i v2 + Lian Li PC-Q39+ Asrock X570 TB3 ISSUEE

LJA

Hi, I have the mentioned parts in the title combination. In Asrock's site it says that the cooler is compatible and while "it is" (prior to this I've bought a Kraken X52 that wasn't because it was obstructed by the first RAM slot) , I can't connect the USB header, is obstructed by the chipset heatsink. So, is there some performance problem if I use the mentioned Corsair AIO without i link? I really don't care much bout the RGB stuff, but am I going to miss any other important function? I can't believe Asrock puts the Cooler as compatible.thanks in advance

The usb header is used for RGB control and to report information to iCue, if you don't care about that then it will operate perfectly fine without it installed.

No worries, it's actually one less cable to manage. It does mean the cooler might be forever stuck on rainbow puke mode though.
