Aida64 - test lengt 10min 69celsium max; 1,184V max; power draw was 94W max

OCCT - 10min power draw 107W max; 1.19V max; core temp 73 max

When i use Linpack the PC almost immediately freeze and i need restart

Ok, then those are normal. Its that P95 that causes unreasonable temps.

Hello, I was wondering if my temps are ok for my CPU

It hits max 84 celsium in Prime95 Small FFT test (its latest version of Prime)

i have set in my bios max 1.25V and 170W

When test is running it draws 160W and some cores hit 84 celsium

ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-H GAMING

Cooler - Noctua NH-D15

PSU - seasonic 750w

Paste - NT-H1

Wondering if its ok since its not even overclocked it running stock with turboboost 4,6Ghz all cores

Should i try repaste ?

Thanks

That doesn't seem unreasonable for prime 95. I usually test my system temps by running unigine heaven and loading half my cpu cores with Furmark's CPU burner. I have my 9700k on a corsair H80i V2, running at 4.9ghz all core, stock voltage, and in games it usually stays in the high 50's to low 60s

Do you monitor volts while testing? Those temps are bit more than what I would expect considering volts.

What about other tests? Aida64 or OCCT for example?
