If you want quieter fans, 2x NF-P14S' for front intake and 1x NF-P12 for rear exhaust would be better.

i need a good rear fan with rgb price range 20 euros, and 2 frontal fans without rgb price 20 euros max 30, link me some fans

If possible, I'd recommend getting fans with better static pressure for the front since the front panel is fairly obstructed.

Why not keep using the stock case fans?

If you're trying to determine how much cooling you have, list your specs.

If you've already been using the case with the stock fans, list your current load temps as well.

What are your specs? Are these load temps?

Is the case under warranty? If so, you can probably get a fan replacement from the manufacturer.

Your temps seem pretty normal. More airflow wouldn't hurt but it's not necessary.

If you're mainly aiming to fill the case with rgb for aesthetics, you can use an RF120 3-pack for top / rear exhaust: https://www.amazon.it/DeepCool-RF120-Silenzioso-Prestazioni-Controllabile/dp/B0799DML5Y/ref=sr_1_1?__mk_it_IT=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&keywords=cf120&qid=1569832357&s=pc&sr=1-1

The other 2 working stock case fans can be used for front intake.

It's probably incomplete. You can pull off the front panel and check for yourself.
