Can't Play Any Games on PC

I need some help, guys. I can't seem to access any games anymore on PC.

 

The issue seems to be network related. Whenever I try to play a game on steam it just says "Preparing to launch "x" " then just fails.

I also get network errors on games I own on disk and I can't seem to figure it out. I've been trying for a good few weeks to figure it out but I can't figure it out. Everything used to work perfectly but now nothing will even load. I'd love to play on PC again.
