This is my rig, nothing is OC, cpu at idle can go up to 45 C, GPU at idle can run at 54 C. Before all of this, it was stock

Ewwwwww GT 210. Isn't that thing literally for computers with no onboard graphics? Otherwise, it's not that bad.

When i try to overclock my GPU or CPU they will overheat and shutdown my pc... the overheat process will take about 5 min then it will shutdown or warnings start to POP UP.. then i bring my mini fan to cool it much faster

Not that far..

YES THAT FAR. The GT 210 can manage 60 fps on 720p in CS:GO, where the GMA 3100 graphics could manage 7 fps on 480p. I HAVE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE :(
