Which video card are you using?

For 5700(XT) cards, I only see driver 19.9.2.

 

Vega 64/56, both 19.9.2 and 19.5.2 are available.

 

Also, the release notes *DO* mention the changes and fixes.

This is for a RX 570.

And no it includes fixes that are useful for everyone.
Not only a single specific fix that this person said it might do: '' because it only includes a very specific fix that most users wont benefit from''.

So I still don't get why this is optional.

Sometime if the driver still didn't get WHQL certified from M$ AMD will not recommend it.
