PLEASE HELP ME FIX LOSS SPIKES ;_;

Hey LTT fam,

~really need your help.

~have been facing a problem while playing games on my PC.

~am getting sudden loss-spikes lasting for a few seconds continuously repeating in a minute or two, and during this time period the loss hits 40%.

~very irritating and usually happens during the day.

~using 40mbps connection and this problem was non-existent in previous connection by a different ISP.

~I usually play CS:GO and PUBG PC LITE, and my PC is decent enough.

~from India

~tried contacting the customer care, but they say that its fixed, though i can't notice any change.

PLEASE HELP...........YOUR RESPONSE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED

How are you connected? Direct into your ISP, router, wifi, Powerline adapter? Explain your home network setup.

have you tried bypassing your router for a while and testing directly to your ISP modem to confirm or deny if its there service or your router?

Have you tried a different ethernet cable? How about other devices, do they experience the same packet loss at the same time?
