also the 8300 isnt cheap. in fact its usually ++60$ more than the 1600. the 9400f is cheap, but you might aswell get someting with actual cores to not stutter

 

edit: also how is it terrible for high refreshrate gaming? the 1600 as ok singlecore performance. 

Oh fml, mixed the 1600 with 1200. Was wondering where did you take the 8t from. 100 pounds for 1600 is nothing.

i mean the 1200/2200G is a good choice at times because its so darn cheap it allows the use of a dedicated GPU in a very cheap build
