Computer screen goes black for 1 second

My pc is connected to the monitor via dvi-d to dvi-d cable and at the same time pc is connected to my TV via hdmi to hdmi cable. When im on my pc doing stuff and then turn on the TV my pc screen goes black for a second and plays a sound for plugging a device and then goes back to normal. Is there any way to make that stop happening?

Short answer: This is not possible as long the computer is connected to the TV

 

Long answer: There is not really a way to stop this as Windows is detecting all the monitors at this moment and has to rescale. Why is your computer connected to the TV? Do you use it as a secondary monitor? What is the use case? A workaround for this issue might be to change the default video source the TV is using when starting up for when you want to just watch TV for example.
