16gb stick with 4gb stick (16+4)?

RMFLB

I have an Asus Scar II laptop with a single 16gb ram stick. Can I put a compatible (probably Samsung or Crucial) 4gb stick in as well to get the duel channel benefits for fps without any hiccups, cause the size is far between? I've seen 8+4 and 16+8 but haven't seen 16+4.

Yes you can, performance wise I don't think it will make a difference (if they are different speeds)

No they are the same memory from Samsung 2666, cl-19, just different capacities. I just watched a few videos of people showing the FPS difference in gaming when running single channel vs duel and wanted to see if its true cause they were averages another 20-30 frames just for going to duel channel..
