USB port on Laptop sometimes doesn't work

Hello everyone. I noticed one problem few days ago.

So, I have connected mouse in one USB port on my Laptop HP Omen 17-an032ng. That specific usb port stops working after I wake up laptop from sleeping mode or when its on and I'm not doing anything.
I just get notification that Windows cannot recognize device and that's it. When I plug my phone into that port it does nothing. I don't receive any information, it acts dead.
I tried restarting Laptop and after restart mouse works normally but I still cannot connect my phone in it.

I googled and tried every solution from re-enabling drivers in Device Manager, re-installing it, disabled selective suspend settings from power options and nothing helps.

Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?
