Asus G-surf365 Motherboard Beeping

Hi everyone! 

Recently i picked up a Asus G-surf365 Motherboard. Every time i turn it on, i get these weird post beeps (audio file below) and i can't figure out why. Any help would be appreciated! 

 

Things that i have already tried while troubleshooting:

 

Test CPU on different motherboard = CPU is working 

Try different ram = Same result 

Try Different PCIe GPU = Same result 

Try PCI GPU = Same result 

Clear CMOS = Same result

It's most likely that the DIMM slots are damaged or the board is fried. RMA if it's retail, otherwise, you are out of luck.
