GTX1060 worth buying in 2019?

I want to buy a new graphics card for my computer.

I saw the GTX 1060 for 159,99€ (Germany)

That are around 178,49 USD.

Is it worth buying this graphics card?

I'd get a RX 570 or 580 instead. Better and cheaper. However it does need more power (about 150W; not 150W more).

For 159 it's a great graphics card if it's the 6 gig model bought new. If it's the 3gb model stick to Nunolava's statement

The 580 is both faster and cheaper. Uses 30W more but that is not an issue unless you are running on an ultra low quality power supply

Go buy that. Same price, slightly better performance and it's new

i guess 580 for the price. i meant 570 with 10-ish% lower than 1060 is around 120-130$
