Any way to put a active laptop coller on a passive laptop?

Lowbuget

So i was wondering could i put a active laptop cooler on my passive hp stream 14,im wondering how to do this becuse it gets so F***ing hot to the touch i already had to put vents to help it(Heres some pictures if you need it).P.S Mobo is on the right when its upside down.

specs of the laptop is:

Intel celeron N3060

32 gigs of eMMC storage

4 gigs of ram

and a 32 gig sd card that i put in

Sorry if my laptop looks dirty cus its so freaking hard to clean it off....stupid textured plastic

EDIT:Usb and hdmi is on left side of the laptop

you would be better off opening it up and cleaning it out. a cooling pad will do basically nothing

You're better off saving up for a different laptop. This is already a Frankenstein

Both. There is a reason we always recommend a used ThinkPad or EliteBook over cheap junk like the Stream.
