Want to upgrade my PC , specifically gpu

I want to upgrade my PC ( gpu).

My current system: a lenovo h420

i3-2120

Radeon 6450

4gb ram

280 Watt psu 

I have done a lot of research and a gtx 1050 ti or gtx 1650 seems to be a good choice. They are around 140€. But nvidia recommends in both cases a 300 Watt psu. Is it going to be a problem or are these 20 watt not that important. I know that my cpu is really weak and i consider upgrading in the future but for now i want to play games like gta5, f1 2018, battlefront 2 etc therefore i only want to upgrade the gpu.

Can you guys help me out? Would really appreciate it.

except that traps you to terrible performance per dollar cards. Does this board use ATX connectors? i.e. the ATX 20/24pin and EPS 4pin for the CPU?

Puh i can't tell you i have to take a look inside. Since it is now 1:00 i have to do it tomorrow. 

I have to correct something: for now I want to upgrade the gpu. The cpu in the future so 2-3 years.

yes i have checked atx 24 pin and eps 4pin

yes i have checked. A atx24 pin and eps 4 pin.

The number of the board is 11012765. My pc a lenovo h420

Just get a proper ATX PSU for it then, this way you arent limited by power draw.

ok but then doesn´t the rx 570 seem to be a better option than a gtx 1650. Yes it will get massively bottlenecked but it is better for later since i am planning to build a new system in the future.

that's why I suggest a higher wattage PSU in the first place, to power the RX 570. You'll get one when the rest of the system gets replaced anyway

ok so i have to replace the psu with a for example 450w-500w and the get a rx 570 because running the gtx 1650 which is about the same price with the current setup would not make any sense?

Yes. With the 1650 you're overpaying for its lack of requirement for a PCIe power connector.
