NH-D14 is one of if not the best air coolers.

Noctua's NH-D14 is considered the best, although it may be overkill for some Intel CPUs. What CPU are you using?

PHTC14PE is superior if not equal, Dark rock pro 2/3 is somewhere in between TC14PE and NHD.

 

Any of the high end air triad will not disappoint. They all trade blows, often within marginal differences.

U14S with two fans.. some say it even beats D14. And fits better.

here was 10c diffrence in vortexs test. That is nowhere near the same performance
