Which of these two used computers are better? (Same price)

Pc 1: 

GTX 1080

16 GB RAM

i7 4770K 

Asus Z87 Motherboard

 

Pc2:

RTX 2060

16 GB RAM DDR4 2133

i7 7700

Thimphu-K motherboard

In that case the first one is better. The 1080 matches a 2070/2060S and you get a known board Vendor unlike the sketchy one from the second system

Haswell, DDR3, are going to hold it back compared to a 7700 and ddr4 with a 2060
