Desktop Icon Grid Messed Up

Hello, 

My desktop recently went black for about a minute and when it came back up all of the icon selection boxes were messed up. I haven't changed any settings.

I'd look at what scaling is if the icons on the taskbar also seem smaller.

The scaling is normal and I set the taskbar to use small icons when I got the computer

I didn't think that was the culprit, but I thought I would try with the obvious first.  

 

The highlighted icons point well at the issue you're facing.

Im an idiot and didnt just try restarting. That fixed it.
