My budget is $50. What's the best android box that I should buy?

Are you willing to explore other options?

And don't forget that the Firestick is Android based and call be jailbroken to install Android apps on.

Oh yeah I forgot about the fire stick. Thats not a bad option but I'd rather use stock android ui than Amazon's ui.

I've never looked into, but once it's rooted/jailbroken then it might be an option.

Did some research. Looks like you can sideload some apps, but not actually root the device and install stock android or the play store or whatever.

I'd avoid rooting unless it's a must. I'd look through some compliation lists and see what the recommended players cost for you:

https://snapgoods.com/best-android-tv-boxes/

Eg: SkyStream TWO Streaming Media Player

https://androidpcreview.com/best-android-tv-box/

They recommend the SkyStream Three

For Sale: Meraki Bundle

iPhone Xr 128 GB Product Red - HP Spectre x360 13" (i5 - 8 GB RAM - 256 GB SSD) - HP ZBook 15v G5 15" (i7-8850H - 16 GB RAM - 512 GB SSD - NVIDIA Quadro P600)

I wouldn't recommend rooting no, it really depends on whatever you want with the Box. would you prefer a google certified box? Or one without?

Also this blog explains it well, but It's in Dutch, so you have to translate the page to English https://boji.nl/blogs/news/wat-is-een-google-gecertificeerde-android-tv-box

I got mine from https://boji.nl/collections/android-tv-boxen but I paid like twice the price you're looking for. GL man
