Upgrade CPU or GPU

I've been wondering if I should upgrade my graphics card or CPU but I'm not really sure. At the moment I'm running an ASUS 1060 3gb with a i5-8600k. I want to upgrade my graphics card to a 2060 super and my CPU to an i5 9th generation. Since I can't afford both which should I get? 

 

P.S. which would be best to run Arma 3 at max graphics?

The 9600K is just a 8600K with soldered IHS, there's absolutely no performance gains to be had there and thus this sidegrade makes no sense.

 

The RTX 2060 Super is faster than the GTX 1060 and will help you have better graphical settings on your game yes.

That said, also consider the prices of the 5700 and 5700 XT, their prices are cheaper.
