Hello. Just wondering how much battery life a wireless mouse consumes compared to a wired one.

should be less or more or less the same as wireless mice rely on a dongle and their own battery.  where as a normal mouse relies completely on the laptop. but they dont take that much power in the first place

Yes. BT or proprietary wireless will use more energy than wired peripherals. 

 

Not by much to matter though.

The receive has a trace amount of extra power consumption.

But that really shouldn't be the concern. If you wish to preserve battery life, disable processor turbo will save much much more.
