Switching Windows to SSD

Hey all, so I'm planning on installing a fresh copy of Windows onto my new SSD. I already have Windows installed on my current SSHD. I know that I can install it and run my PC just fine as long as it is the first boot priority in BIOS. My question is how can I wipe the Windows 10 from the SSHD after installing it on the SSD without losing all of my other files (Games, Programs, Etc.)? Is it possible to do that? I really would like to avoid losing all of my software since it is about 700GB of storage. Thanks in advance!

Samsung has a tool called data migration i believe that transfers all windows 10 files from one drive to another

Only works with Samsung SSD's unfortunately. Mine is Crucial.

I wouldn't worry about trying to  remove the  Windows install from the other drive unless you absolutely need the space. Just have the boot priority set to the SSD and use the installed games as normal. If you have space in the SSD and want to move everything over, you can clone the drive with a free program like Todo Ease US and copy everything from the SSHD to the SSD and then use the same program to wipe the SSHD after confirming that everything seems to work on the SSD.
