Case for 16 HDD's

Hello! 

I've got a little 24U rack case where i want to add NAS with 14 3.5 HDD + 2 2.5 HDD (for cache).

Can someone recommend models of PC case where i can fit it all ?

Something like this then. 

 

And then have a 3,5 inch bay to 2 2,5 inch adapter.

Thanks! But there will be problem with logistic case to Russia  Shipping cost will be too much. I am looking at Fractal Design Define XL R2 , there is example on Reddit:

I have this case, and it wasn't horrible to work with however, Antec used to make an amazing 4u rack case... Wish they still did.
