Hi i want to build Website like PC Part picker is there any API where i can fetch all the pc parts?

Yes, but they're expensive systems. I mean, no one's going to provide you such for free.

Personally I don't know any APIs for that. It's very likely that you'll have to parse those websites. Which is quite hefty project on its own.
