How many slots does the laptop have? 2 slots but it only has 1 stick? You can throw in any RAM stick and it'll work, it will just set the timings/speed to the minimum defaults.

Can always just return the 2nd stick if there's issues.

I have a dell 7567 and it has 8 gb of ram (Sk Hynix 2400 mhz) and i don't know what to do , should i buy just a 8gb crucial ram stick or should i buy two to be sure that is 100% compatible and sell the Sk Hynix , or should i buy ram from other manufacturer?

take a photo of the sticker on the current stick, and find the closest model you can off ebay, will be cheaper and will work without issues.
