Razer Raiju Tournament Edition not working on Sekiro

I have a Razer Raiju Tournament Edition that Steam recognizes as an Xbox One controller that has zero response in game, not in menus nor in actual gameplay yet works for other games like DOOM and Dirt 4. Windows recognizes it properly as well and I've tried many tricks from across the internet with Steam Big Picture stuff, controller configuration etc. I'm at the point now of looking up cheap Xbox controllers to run out and buy right now so I can at least just play the damn game. Anyone have some solutions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can try forcing the driver to use a windows 10 Xbox 360 driver.  I know i've gotten that to work a few times on other controllers.
