I have wahna uppgrade for a while but I dont know what to buy for the moment now when the new rayzen launched 
 

Current setup:

CPU: Intel Core i5 - 4690 standerd cooler
Motherbord: MSI B85M-E45
RAM: 8,00GB Singel-Kanal DDR3

Memory: 

931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1ER162 (SATA)    
232GB Crucial CT250BX100SSD1 (SSD)

 

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (ASUStek Computer Inc)

 

Chassi can I choose by my self but if you have any suggestions Im interested

 

My buddget is around 1 000$, the games i play is BF5 and LOL and other big games

Depends, exactly what do you do with your PC ?  Do you use HT apps ?  Or just basic desktop work and gaming ?  What resolution do you want to play at what frame rates do you want ?  Also I wouldn't upgrade the video card however it all depends on your desires.

how much does Ryzen 5 3600 + cheapest MSI B450 ATX board + 2x8GB 3000MHz or higher DDR4 cost? Just to get an idea of Swedish prices.

Nice one,  I think things cost a lot in Sweden just like in Europe or different countries.  Even Canada...  Tell us in US dollar what your budget it ?  Im to lazy,, sighs.  Also don't forget you need to flash the 450 so it works with your CPU.  You should have a flash button behind your motherboard.

An upgrade does not necessarily have to be very expensive or with the latest technlogy that exists, for example if you decide to use Intel, use CPUs of the eighth generation onwards that literally are all 4 cores instead of just 2 as previous generations except a couple of options for laptop and from that point on all generations are only 4, 6 and 8 cores. Maybe I don't need to to say it but 4 is better than 2...
