Just a quickie small question here. What kind of PSU you'ld recommend for ryzen 5 3600x and red devil 5700 xt & how many W would be enough?

Depends on where you're buying from. The availability and pricing isn't the same everywhere. The case also matters, as the some cases support different PSUs better.

Look at the forum tier list and get a decent Tier B unit or better. As for capacity, anything that's 450-500W will be plenty

Buying from local shop in EU (skytech.lt). Pricing 80-100 euros and about case not sure, but probably Aerocool P7 C1.

RMX is better and has 10 year warranty.

With power consumption of around 280W at most under heavy load, you will be at 37% capacity of a 750W PSU (and much much lower at internet browsing or lower spec games) - if that's not overkill, I don't know what is.

I was searching yesterday with tier list help and thinking to end up with this one or is it overkill? And yes I'm willing to get more W just in case :D

Well, the Straight Power 11 550W is out of stock on that site, but the 650W is available and 15 Euro cheaper than the 750W so I would go with that and save some money.
The RMx and TXM recommended by @thinwalrus above are even cheaper and would also be suitable for your system.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450
