Yep i have replaced it.

I updated my bios and now i think the problem is gone or is transformed into another one.

When under high load.

My display to monitor is gone black and i think every usb device signal is also gone (Like rgb lights on mouse. it seems that pc is off)

Butt...

It does not restart now and also Motherboard light is on and fan is spining
