No, they aren't. RGB compatibility at the moment is only between motherboard manufacturers and fan manufactueres. There's no universal thing between different fan manufacturers. If you commit to certain fan manufacturer and want to use their sync, you will need to continue to buy their fans too.

hey, does anybody know if the Thermaltake riing 12 sync fans are compatible with the cooler master rgb controller?
