So I have some money left after just buying a ton of stuff for my PC (h100i, 2 nf-f12s, another samsung 840 EVO ssd, and a mic). Look in my sig and give me suggestions for something I can buy because if I dont buy something soon this money will burn a hole in my pocket..

Who knows maybe they'll come that time when you need the $70 for an upgrade. If you don't see a reason to spend it, then there's no point in spending it.

PCs good, ssd, good cooler. Nothing I see can be added. You can buy an amp for your headphones, but coming from an ex HD 598 user I hardly noticed a difference. I guess the impedence is low so it don't need a great amp to shine.

Im actually getting a new mouse but Im not sure what is the all around best mouse for gaming that has good ergonomics, tracking, and software that fits my red/black theme :(

The Mionix Naos 8200 is all of the above :P. It won a lot of awards for its ergonomics, it has an 8200 DPI laser sensor, and an RGB backlight. It looks sexy as hell and it's by  far the best feeling mouse I've ever used :)
