She does not really need anything too beasty which I know is hard with 500$ but I want to see what suggestions I can get. 

She will Probably play mostly:

-Minecraft

-The Forest

-Sims 4

-CS:GO

-RSS(if possible)

-Risk of Rain 2

-Trove 

 

Keep in mind I do live in Norway so prices may be a little bit higher here

How much is that 500$ in NOK? xe.com says 4500,- and for that, the choices are limited. Even this Value Gamer 580 pack is 7290,-.

Use the PSU tier list for that and make sure you get a B450 board with VRM heatsinks

Yes, norway is pretty expensive but it will be around 5000-7000

 something like this is what im thinking. costs around 6500 but i rounded up on everything so prob something around 6000

Only thing I would change, looking up that memory on prisjakt, about 470,-?, better would be Kingston HyperX Fury Black DDR4 2666MHz 2x4GB for about 499,-?

Ryzen prefers dual channel.
