So I got a new Ryzen 5 3600 CPU to replace my old Ryzen 3 1300x and once I changed them over the pc will start with fans spinning and LED shining but it will not boot I unplugged and plugged the ram 8 pin power 24 pin power removed GPU to see if there isnt enough power from psu and even put every thing back and replaced the CPUs and once I got the 1300x in the soket all is good and boots normally anyone got a idea as to what is going wrong ? Is the new CPU bad or what? As once I but the old one back everything is fine and I also checked compatibility with the manufacturer of the motherboard and should be fine the motherboard is a Asus a320m-k and a 550 watt psu from Corsair 16gb of ddr4 ram and a 1060 3gb GPU ??? I am rly baffled on this one

Don't think Ryzen 2's work on the A320 boards without a BIOS update..   May want to verify that.

Did you update the BIOS? The motherboard may support Ryzen 3000 but it probably needs a BIOS update.
Here is the latest BIOS from Asus's Site (Asus Prime A320M-K)

why no dark mode?

I have updated it and same issue nothing happens and once the pc is turned on I need to unplug it to turn it off or hold the power button for 5-10 seconds to turn it off any thing else you can think of as I am not very tech literate thanks

Have you tried clearing CMOS? (unplug the PC and take out the little coil cell battery, wait a few seconds and put it back in)
