What does CPU-Z say?

Cpu-z says ddr4 1596.1 mhz, so times two = 3200mhz so thats good, I use a DOCP (XMP) for ddr4 3200mhz.

But its weird that task manager doesnt show the information, it normally did.. Should i be worried?

edit: CPU; amd ryzen 5 1600x, gigabyte 1070ti gaming 8gb, m.2 NVMe ssd for windows, asus prime b450m-k motherboard

You use Win 10 home right?

It always auto updates stuff, and because it is microsoft, updates break things more often than not... So i wouldn't worry.

If you still worry then just run Memtest86, or windows built in one: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-check-your-pc-memory-problems-windows-10

I only see your reply if you @ me.

Windows update did not fix it.. Should i try removing one stick and booting up with just one stick installed? And then power down and put the 2nd one in?

Its slot A right?

You can try if you want.

The slot depends on your motherboard, consult the manual to see which slot you should put them in.

Nope changing slots a.k.a. reseating my ram sticks did not work. I Guess its a windows thing then, since cpu-z and speccy see the stats of the ddr4 ram

Yes, that was the most probable answer. Windows being windows.
